We are seeking a superior Vice President, Finance candidate to oversee all Financial Planning and Analysis of the company and become a dynamic member of our team. This person will report to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with Executive Management, Investors, Lenders and Leadership. Using an active and practical approach, the Vice President, Finance will oversee a growing team and proactively manage staff. We’re looking for a passionate people person to be assertive, very personable and highly organized to be responsible for a wide array of leadership, management, forecasting, analytics and reporting activities. You will lead analysis to define the financial objectives and KPIs that drive accountability and performance for our cross-functional, matrixed organization across multiple regions. Our business is rapidly growing, and so increased agility is paramount to allow adaptation to a changing environment. This role is for someone who is highly motivated to transform and lead an FP&A function and dynamic team that will enable our growth aspirations beyond $1B revenue. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
