Job Description:
• Investigating allegations, assertions and complaints regarding compliance concerns, risks or potential violations
• Preparing periodic reports and findings for various stakeholders including Human Resources, Internal Audit, and Legal
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with federal and state regulators
• Managing and evaluating internal inquiries and allegations, external complaints
• Developing and revising policies and procedures to ensure consistent investigative processes
• Ensuring timely investigation and resolution of regulatory complaints
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
• Master's Degree in a related field or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in leading Internal compliance investigations and implementing internal processes that enhance and encourage ethical behavior required
• 7+ years of management experience required
• Resolving Medicaid and Medicare compliance issues experience required
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction preferred
