US Logistics Back Office Support - Manila

We support companies through our <strong>Talent and Technology</strong> services.<br><br>We have been impacting the world <strong>since 2018</strong> and we want to keep pushing ourselves to become the brightest minds in our field and better serve our customers.<br><br><strong>As a Back Office Support, some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:<br><br></strong>Carrier Setup & Documentation Management<br><br><ul><li>Review carrier packets to ensure all required documents are complete (MC certificate, W9, Insurance certificate, signed Truxio carrier packet, etc.).</li><li>Input and verify carrier information in ITS Dispatch.</li><li>Update missing or incomplete carrier data using SaferWatch.</li><li>Communicate carrier enrollment updates to internal teams.<br><br></li></ul>Accounts Receivable (A/R)<br><br><ul><li>Monitor overdue invoices using QuickBooks reports.</li><li>Contact clients regarding outstanding balances and provide detailed payment instructions.</li><li>Attach accurate documentation to client communications (invoices, proof of delivery, payment instructions).</li><li>Manage customer collections and payment applications.<br><br></li></ul>Accounts Payable (A/P)<br><br><ul><li>Process carrier bills in QuickBooks and ITS Dispatch.</li><li>Verify invoice details against carrier information and ensure system accuracy.</li><li>Maintain organized and accurate financial records.</li><li>Handle carrier payables efficiently and accurately.<br><br></li></ul>Invoicing<br><br><ul><li>Assemble complete documentation for invoicing (rate confirmation, BOL, carrier invoice).</li><li>Ensure rate confirmations align with carrier invoice amounts.</li><li>Send invoices and supporting documents to customers.</li><li>Track invoice status updates systematically.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Requirements<br><br></strong><strong>What would help you succeed:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Believe and love what you do.</li><li>Sense of Urgency.</li><li>Strong work ethics.</li><li>Organization skills.</li><li>Attention to detail.<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Minimum Requirements:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li> Studies: High school diploma required. College education is a plus.</li><li> Experience: At least 6 months experience in administration, accounting, and back-office support within the US logistics industry. </li><li> Technical Skills: Must be tech-savvy and can easily learn new systems and tools.</li><li> Language: Good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Perks:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li> Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST.
