You will work across inbound operations, focusing on vendor/carrier/FC relationships, planning freight for delivery, and addressing any issues that may arise during the lifecycle of forecasting to actual delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely resolution to issues by researching and querying internal tools and making real-time decisions
- Analyze data and notice trends to drive customer experience without compromising on time
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, warehouses, category teams, and carriers
- Understand and articulate customer requirements, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide updates to stakeholders as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes to improve processes and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Ability to concentrate - follow customers' issues without distraction to resolution
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, internet browser, and excellent typing skills
- Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites and proficient knowledge of email applications
