Compensation: $150,000 - 400,000 (based on experience & level)

The Role/Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years of trademark & copyright litigation and/or transactional experience
• Billable hour requirement: 1,700
• Experience with filing and registering trademark applications with the relevant authorities
• Trademark clearance to assess availability and avoid conflicts
• Trademark enforcement, including advice on protecting brands and pursuing or defending against allegations of infringement
• Negotiating and drafting trademark licensing and related commercial agreements
• Copyright prosecution and clearance, including advising on regulations and related filings
• Copyright enforcement and litigation, representing clients in disputes over alleged infringement and rights enforcement
• Structuring and negotiating licensing, transfer and usage agreements for copyrighted works
