About the Role: Technical Customer Experience Representative

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide expert technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems efficiently.
- Educate customers on the installation, use, and maintenance of our home security systems, empowering them to get the most out of our products.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to identify and address the root causes of customer issues, driving first-call resolution and reducing the need for follow-up contacts.
- Make outbound calls to current customers to address issues, gather feedback, and enhance their overall experience with blithequark.
What You'll Bring:
- A proven track record of success in a phone-based customer service or call center environment, with a strong focus on technical support.
- The ability to understand and determine the root causes of customer issues, with a keen analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.

Essential Qualifications and Certifications:
To be considered for this role, you must be eligible for certification as an electronic security employee, which involves submitting your fingerprints to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for a national and state criminal records search. This is a critical requirement for working with our home security systems and ensuring the safety and security of our customers.
