Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Nurses: Speak with our platform's nurses to help them evaluate potential hospital employers and find their next dream job.
- Coach and Support: Coach and support our platform's nurses through their interview process, providing guidance and expertise to ensure their success.
- Collaborative Environment: Work in a super energetic and collaborative environment with a team of nurses and operations experts dedicated to helping Incredible Health growth and expansion.
- Prioritize and Organize: Prioritize and organize a dashboard of candidates, ensuring that you're able to effectively manage your workload and drive strong results.
- Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with your fellow Talent Advocates, Recruiter Advocates, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive success.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong Communication Skills: You have strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build relationships.
- Collaborative Team Player: You have a collaborative, team-oriented working style with the ability to work independently.
- Problem-Solving: You're a critical and creative problem-solver who isn't afraid to think outside the box.
- Self-Motivated: You're committed and self-motivated to driving strong results for our talent users, employers users, your team, and yourself.
- Availability: You're available to work 40 hours per week and are authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- RN License: While not required, having an RN license is a plus and demonstrates your expertise in the healthcare industry.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or a related field is desirable, but not necessary.
