We’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager (part-time, 2–3 days per week) to lead our next chapter of growth. This person will drive high-value partnerships across schools, banks, councils, corporates, and family-focused organisations. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, confident with senior stakeholders, and experienced in securing meaningful collaborations.
This role is for someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and leverages AI to streamline work and maximise output. You’ll represent Trybe externally, develop partnership proposals, deliver compelling pitches, manage pipelines, and turn warm interest into signed agreements.
We’re looking for a mature operator who understands the mission — reducing the mental load on parents and helping families raise confident, financially literate children — and wants to step into a company that’s already built and ready to scale.
