The Role
As a Solutions Manager for Google Cloud, you will be responsible for delivering impactful, customer-relevant business outcomes and enabling repeatable, low-friction solutions-based selling. You will develop new solution initiatives and deliver the materials to support them in collaboration with a broad, cross-functional group of stakeholders, including Strategic Industries, Product Management and Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and market opportunity to select and prioritize Google Cloud solutions that drive business growth and customer adoption.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration to drive asset development, ensuring that solutions are technically and commercially ready for market.
- Enable low-friction customer consumption by delivering strong Google field enablement and promoting awareness of Google Cloud solutions.
- Own and manage the ongoing lifecycle of each solution, including evaluating success via measurement of business indicators and making recommendations for improvement.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Cloud sales, including Vertical Industries, Data and AI, Modern Infrastructure, or Security.
- 10 years of experience in Strategy Development, Partnership Management, and Business Development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience leading and managing teams to grow in ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver a professional business and technical pitch to C-Suite and board levels.

Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
