As Social Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for driving social commerce innovation, informing content strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Target's growth strategies. You'll serve as a conduit between internal stakeholders, external platform partners, and the social team, leveraging your expertise in social media and digital trends to inform cohesive platform strategies.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in social media, digital, product, platform, or channel strategy, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. You should be well-versed in core social platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Google (YouTube), and other emerging platforms. Your expertise will be complemented by your ability to thrive in ambiguous scenarios, lead with curiosity, and drive clarity and process for stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $89,700 - $161,500, depending on factors like labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. This role may be considered for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, depending on Target's needs. As a remote team member, you'll work full-time from home or an alternate location, with opportunities to travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. As a hybrid team member, you'll have the flexibility to work either remotely or onsite at a Target location, depending on the requirements of your role and team.
