Job Description:
• Ensure end-to-end high quality execution, coordination, issue resolution and delivery of contracted services
• Responsible for the delivery experience for clients
• Execute contracted advisory services including advisory discussions and urgent support requests
• Coordinate logistics and delivery for client summits and meetings in partnership with Solution leadership
• Improve and implement enhancements to delivery and operational processes
• Accountable for the credibility and quality of client deliverables through data collection and analysis support
• Maintain engagement timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate resources across multiple concurrent projects
• Monitor data collection and tracking systems for ongoing benchmark initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Advanced degree preferred
• 8-10+ years’ experience in providing related services and/or products to the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated track record of strong client relationship management
• Demonstrated track record of strategic thinking and service design
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships
• Project Management experience in overseeing or contributing to complex projects
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
• Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation communication skills
• This position may require local, regional and/or national travel up to approximately 10% of the time
