About the Role

NetBox Labs is hiring our first Senior Sales Enablement Manager to drive productivity, effectiveness, and excellence across our rapidly scaling go-to-market team. In this foundational role, you will architect and operationalize our enablement function from the ground up — delivering onboarding, training, tools, and methodologies that empower our sellers, sales engineers, and partners to win.

As the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, you will design and implement the systems that help our teams execute at a high level. If you love building from scratch, have a bias for action, and thrive at the intersection of people, process, and product — we’d love to meet you.
