What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and direct technical staff or Project Managers on multiple projects
- Lead construction administration tasks, including progress meetings and submittal reviews
- Assist in training and technical development of Project Managers and staff
- Oversee technical accuracy of projects through regular communication and compliance checks
- Solicit new clients and project opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
- Professional Engineering License
- Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in Drinking Water Utilities and related fields
- Previous project management experience and strong client interaction skills
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant experience in Southwest Florida
- Florida PE license
