Overview
We are developing a stylized mobile game and are in the process of rapidly finalizing our Game Design Document (GDD).
We are seeking a Senior Game Designer to act as a GDD integration and execution partner, working under the direct guidance of our Lead Game Designer and in close collaboration with a Systems Designer and a Junior Game Designer.
This role is not a lead or ownership position. The focus is on clarity, speed, and consistency — translating direction into high-quality, implementation-ready documentation and helping the team converge quickly.
The game is a mobile-first (with PC add-on) strategy/resource management game and the need is immediate to help accelerate finalizing the GDD for multiple stakeholders, now. Interviews will be rapid (goal is to find a short list of people and interview them to hire them before 1/1/26, ideally.
