Job Overview
The Senior Full Stack Product Manager will play a critical role in driving the development of our products, from conceptualization to launch. - Creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories and incorporating them into release planning
- Making product decisions that drive value on a daily basis
- Participating in standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos, and retrospectives
- People (30%): Foster collaboration and teamwork across cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and business partners. This includes:
- Acting as a proponent of modern software development practices and agile methodologies
- Advocating for the customer and stakeholder by becoming associated with the product and empathizing with user needs
- Guiding more junior team members in strategy, alignment, analysis, and execution tasks
- Participating in talent acquisition, development, and retention activities in support of the team
- Managing cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in product management, preferably in a modern software development environment
- A bachelor's degree in a field related to the job, such as computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and business partners
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, agile methodologies, and customer experience principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
