Formulate and drive discovery strategy from both a legal risk and operational perspective

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas

Operate with a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment, and an operational-focused approach

Travel as necessary to support business needs

You will be part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests and drive business success.

Minimum Qualifications

8 years of in-house, law firm, or vendor discovery experience, including significant experience leading complex discovery management in litigations and investigations
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
Strong technology interest and aptitude
Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Meaningful in-house or equivalent experience and experience managing discovery in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate setting
Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment
Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, and explore new areas of expertise as business needs change
Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk
