Position Responsibilities
The Senior Director II will lead a high-performing team of insights professionals to define and steward industry, customer, and consumer insights that drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting strategy, prioritizing resources, and deploying talent to develop best-in-class insights that shape business direction.
- Providing people leadership to a team of seasoned FSOP Insights Directors, ensuring their engagement, success, and growth through vision, coaching, and development.
- Partnering across FSOP Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, Industry, and Customer Value & Growth (CVG) leadership teams to identify top opportunities and develop a robust analytics and testing agenda.
- Navigating the competitive environment to ensure awareness of marketplace opportunities and risks, leveraging external intelligence to inform business planning and customer conversations.
- Collaborating across the arenaflex global network to optimize resource use, share knowledge, extract applicable learning, and expand insights capabilities.
- Setting strategic guidance on critical insights and storytelling required to win business renewals and drive growth for the arenaflex system.
- Identifying and deploying the latest technologies, partnerships, and innovative approaches to ensure fast-paced and agile insights development.

The Senior Director II will focus on three primary areas:
- Strategic Thinking and Strategy Development: Defining the agenda for critical insights and marketplace intelligence needs, partnering in annual business plan development, and driving FSOP strategy to win in the marketplace.
- Relationship Management: Acting as a network partner to ensure connectivity with other insights organizations, building strong relationships with internal business units and global partners, and leading knowledge sharing and application of growth-driving intelligence.
- People Leadership & Development: Recruiting and retaining a high-performance team, advocating for future career opportunities and personal growth, and setting the agenda for training and capability building to enable deeper thought leadership in customer relationships.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree; an MBA or other graduate degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the CPG industry, with senior-level experience in consumer goods or beverages.
- An innovative and collaborative mindset, comfortable with disruption and able to pivot with business changes.
- People leadership and management experience, specifically leading leaders of others.
- Customer experience in the Foodservice or CPG industry, or adjacent businesses (e.g., digital, supplier, bottler).
- Demonstrated success in leading geographically dispersed teams and experience across multiple disciplines beyond FSOP management.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- A base salary range of $224,100 - $257,600, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
