We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Performance Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for taking on large, ambiguous projects that directly impact our business performance. You will be responsible for defining and reporting on key business drivers, leveraging data to uncover insights and opportunities, and preparing and presenting information to leadership.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency (5+ years) in SQL and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, DataBricks)
- Experience driving annual planning processes and facilitating exec level reviews
- Expert proficiency in financial/operations modeling and forecasting
- A bias towards impact, you focus on what’s the most important and have a track record of delivering impact-at-scale from ideation through execution (and the KPIs to show it)
- A passion for data, you have a deep curiosity for how data is structured, how it ties to business performance, and you’re always looking for ways to improve
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and synthesize data into clear insights
