Job Description:
• Provide comprehensive analytical support to functional area programs.
• Perform evaluative and reporting activities of business operational services.
• Assist with completion and delivery of large scale and high impact projects.
• Develop related communications and conduct processing activities.
Requirements:
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a field requiring analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in job evaluation, market analysis, base pay and compensation program administration.
• Health-care compensation experience preferred.
• General knowledge of human resources practices, laws and regulations, specifically the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with Workday and MarketPay preferred.
