The position will establish and manage the competitive intelligence and market research function for the institution, on behalf of the organization.
Responsible for all phases of research design, including consulting with business partners to articulate research objectives, providing recommendations for appropriate research method, vendor selection (where applicable), design of data analysis plan, report writing, and presentation of findings to stakeholders.
Identifies and communicates themes from survey comments to leadership.
Develops and maintains library of marketing surveys and research studies.
Develops evaluation methodologies and plans for new programs and other innovation initiatives.
Manages research studies, including NPS, student satisfaction, and brand tracking studies.
Ensures research efforts remain within approved research budget, timeline, and objectives.
Independently leads research method recommendation directs analysis of research findings and presents findings to audiences spanning junior to executive level.
Supports development of competitive intelligence function for the institution, including identification of key competitors and key topics.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199.33 and $86,253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
