Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Product Management will support the product management team by analyzing data, gathering business requirements, and contributing to the planning and execution of product initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that products meet client expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to inform product development and optimization decisions
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Contribute to the planning and execution of product initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise
- Identify and mitigate potential product risks and issues
- Support the development of product roadmaps and launch plans
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure product solutions meet business needs and client expectations
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role
- In-depth understanding of Clinical/Utilization Management concepts, including Prior Authorization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL
- Familiarity with product management tools, including Rally
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Additional experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role
- Certifications in product management, business analysis, or a related field
