Job Description:
• Develop the annual quality program (QAPI) trilogy documents in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Monitor QAPI activities through supporting workplan management
• Ensure all Integrated Duals Quality Policies comply with contract requirements
• Support internal and external QAPI audits and surveys as needed
• Adhere to NCQA standards and work with National Quality Management Accreditation team to maintain NCQA accreditation
• Work with key stakeholders to develop, drive and deliver on QAPI program activities
• Coordinate and implement interventions to increase HEDIS and performance improvement projects
• Prepare and support the development of reports and documentation to communicate QAPI program outcomes
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality, quality improvement, and performance measurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and convert findings into actionable insights
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
