I’m looking to speak with an experienced WATERFRONT vacation rental property manager or property owner to better understand how to position a new guest amenity for waterfront vacation homes. The goal is to learn how owners/managers think, what they value, and the best way to approach them with a new product.
I run a small consumer product company and we’re entering the vacation rental market. I want to conduct a 60 minute interview with someone who has real experience managing or owning WATERFRONT vacation rentals (ocean, bay, lake, river).
This is not a sales call.
I simply want to understand:
- How owners/property managers evaluate new amenities or supplies
- What messaging resonates
- What budgets, concerns, and workflows they have
- How they prefer to be approached by vendors
- What makes a product worth adding for guest satisfaction or revenue
You should be:
- A WATERFRONT vacation rental property manager, co-host, or owner
- Actively managing at least 3–5 properties, OR a single high-value waterfront home
- Familiar with day-to-day guest operations
- Comfortable giving honest feedback
