Weekend on-call availability required when needed.
Position Overview
Reliance Home Health Caregivers is seeking a highly organized and experienced Scheduling, Staffing & Recruitment Manager to oversee workforce coordination and talent acquisition for our healthcare staffing operations.
This position is responsible for ensuring that all client care cases are properly staffed by recruiting, scheduling, and maintaining a reliable pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of caregivers, nurses, and healthcare staff
- Maintain a strong recruitment pipeline to support operational growth
- Manage daily staff scheduling across multiple client cases and shifts
- Respond quickly to staffing shortages, call-offs, and urgent coverage needs
- Coordinate with clinical leadership and operations teams regarding staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews, screening, and selection processes
- Maintain staffing records, documentation, and compliance files
- Improve workforce efficiency and staffing reliability
- Ensure excellent communication between staff, supervisors, and management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment, staffing coordination, or workforce management
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer service or operations management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-volume staffing logistics
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare staffing or home healthcare experience
- Experience using scheduling or workforce management systems
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
