Sales Manager (Remote – U.S. Based) – $25/Hour + Weekly Bonuses
123Websites is seeking a tech-savvy, experienced Sales Manager to build, coach, and scale a remote team of U.S.-based commission-only sales reps from the ground up. This is a true leadership role — you will be the main boss overseeing all Sales Reps and Roaming Closers, responsible for building one of the largest remote sales teams in the industry.
Your mission: grow the team as large as possible while ensuring consistent performance, accountability, and results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the main boss over all Sales Reps and Roaming Closers
- Build the sales team from scratch and scale it aggressively
- Manage and coach a growing team of remote U.S.-based commission-only reps (all reps are automatically recruited by our system)
- Conduct interviews and oversee hiring for Roaming Closers (U.S.-based takeover specialists who close deals for newer reps)
- Maintain a ratio of 1 Roaming Closer per 7–10 Sales Reps
- Add more Roaming Closers as the team expands (10 → 20 → 30+ reps)
- Train new hires and provide ongoing mentorship to build their closing skills
- Lead by example — jump on live calls and support reps as needed
- Monitor call recordings, provide coaching, and hold reps accountable
- Run daily and weekly training/feedback sessions
- Use CRM and AI-powered tools to track sales activity, performance, and growth
- Drive results by maximizing Active Sales Reps (each producing at least 1 sale per week)
COMPENSATION
- Base Pay: $25/hour (40 hrs/week, paid through Upwork time tracker)
- Weekly Bonuses: Your income grows as your Active Sales Rep count increases:
20+ reps — Weekly Bonus: $200 — Total Weekly: $1,200 — Total Yearly: $62,400
30+ reps — Weekly Bonus: $600 — Total Weekly: $1,600 — Total Yearly: $83,200
40+ reps — Weekly Bonus: $1,000 — Total Weekly: $2,000 — Total Yearly: $104,000
50+ reps — Weekly Bonus: $1,400 — Total Weekly: $2,400 — Total Yearly: $124,800
75+ reps — Weekly Bonus: $1,800 — Total Weekly: $2,800 — Total Yearly: $145,600
100+ reps — Weekly Bonus: $2,200 — Total Weekly: $3,200 — Total Yearly: $166,400
Active Rep = any sales rep who closes at least one sale per week.
Your pay grows as you build, train, and retain a producing team.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience managing sales teams (commission-only strongly preferred)
- Proven track record as a sales trainer and closer
- B2B sales experience — selling SEO, PPC, and Websites is a huge benefit
- Experience interviewing and hiring commission-only salespeople
- Comfortable managing U.S.-based remote teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
- CRM- and tech-savvy (comfortable with digital tools and performance tracking)
- Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM PST)
