Marvin is a company on a mission to end healthcare worker burnout and improve the wellbeing of clinicians everywhere. Marvin partners with many of the country’s top hospitals, including Cedars-Sinai and UCLA in Los Angeles, Jefferson Health and Geisinger in Pennsylvania, and the Harvard Department of Psychiatry, to provide a proprietary mental health care platform for their physicians, nurses, and staff.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven RVP, Hospital Partnerships to join our team and drive strategic growth within our organization. The RVP will collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to manage and grow Marvin's health system pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking abilities, attention to detail, and a proven track record of success in sales and business development. They will have experience building and managing a sales pipeline, integrating feedback and learning into the outreach process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Hospital Partnerships Responsibilities:
Engage in day-to-day sales operations, meeting with health system executives, and collaborate on developing strategies to exceed sales goals.
Identify and establish partnerships and strategic relationships to expand Marvin’s reach.
Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to secure favorable terms and agreements.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance Marvin’s visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales or business development.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to drive organizational change and achieve measurable results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues, make data-driven decisions, and solve problems creatively.
Passion for mental healthcare and wellbeing.
Two years of health care or clinical sales experience is preferred.
$110-$150K salary
Uncapped commission based on performance
