We’re looking for a Sales Director who thrives on opening doors, shaping strategy, and closing meaningful, six- and seven-figure partnerships with agencies and brand-direct advertisers.  This is a senior, revenue-driving role for someone who wants to own a territory, build relationships at the executive level, and materially impact company growth. If you enjoy selling complex, consultative solutions at the intersection of data, media, and marketing intelligence, and want uncapped upside - this role is for you.  The Opportunity As a Sales Director: - You will lead the full sales cycle from first conversation to long-term expansion - selling AdDaptive’s ABM and marketing intelligence solutions to agencies and brands.  - You’ll act as a trusted advisor to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Demand Gen leaders, and agency executives, helping them turn data and intent into measurable revenue outcomes. - You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and account teams while helping shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, and deal structure. - This role offers significant autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and direct influence on product direction and growth strategy.
