We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our award-winning Customer Service team as a Swedish speaking Amazon Customer Service Associate. Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and evaluate solutions, and communicate effectively with clients
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Work Schedule:
This position requires working variable hours to meet customer demand, including day shifts, late evenings, and weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with schedules acknowledged 6 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal life accordingly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong conversation skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic conversation skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work various shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., late, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Initial 4 weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a table and chair
- A minimum 20mbps download and 8mbps upload broadband connection speed using a hard-cord Ethernet net connection (no WiFi)
