Responsibilities
• Own and grow the company’s social presence
• Brainstorm ideas and create engaging content
• Jump in front of or behind the camera as needed
• Craft copy that resonates with the audience
• Turn trends into moments that drive growth
• Shape and influence marketing across content, community, campaigns, and growth initiatives
Skills
• 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts (brand or agency)
• Proven track record of growing followers and engagement, especially on TikTok and Instagram
• Strong content creation skills: video editing, copywriting, trend-spotting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid startup environment
• Experience with paid social, influencer partnerships, or design tools
