We are a U.S.-based Moving services company looking for driven, commission-focused sales consultants to handle phone sales, customer follow-up, and lead generation.
This is a remote, performance-driven role built for people who are motivated by earning potential and ownership, not fixed salaries or narrow job descriptions.
You will own your customers from first contact through completion, providing strong customer service, handling updates or changes, and understanding that every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen the relationship or upsell services.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Own each lead from first contact to closing and post-booking support (A–Z)
Act as the primary point of contact for your customers
Handle customer updates, changes, questions, and confirmations professionally
Provide consistent, high-quality customer service throughout the sales cycle
Identify upsell opportunities during follow-ups and customer callbacks
Explain services clearly and set proper expectations
Follow up consistently until the deal is closed or clearly lost
Close deals and document activity accurately
Generate new leads through outbound calling when follow-ups are completed
Introduce company services to potential partners (e.g., senior residences, property managers, related businesses)
What We’re Looking For
Strong sales mindset and work ethic
Comfortable closing deals and managing customers end-to-end
Willing to handle customer communication beyond the initial close
Understands that customer callbacks are sales opportunities, not interruptions
Comfortable with outbound calls and lead generation when needed
Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups
Clear spoken English (accent is fine if communication is clear)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Compensation
This is a commission-based role designed for sales professionals who want to earn more by performing more.
Strong performers can realistically earn $20,000–$50,000+ per year
Earnings are directly tied to closed deals, follow-ups, and generated opportunities
Some months will be very strong, others slower — this role rewards people who push hard during peak periods
There is no income ceiling for consistent performers
Weekly advance allowance may be available, based strictly on performance, activity, and results, and is reconciled against earned commissions.
