Responsibilities
- Engage with •warm leads• who have already requested information
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
- Assess client needs and recommend life insurance and financial protection solutions
- Manage your client pipeline through our CRM
- Provide ongoing communication and follow-up with clients
- Participate in optional team training and coaching sessions
- Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations
Skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or consulting
- Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Enjoy remote work and flexible scheduling
- Ability to follow a proven process and maintain organized follow-up
- Must reside in the U.S
