Responsibilities
• Provide legal support for probate administration and estate planning projects
• Work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Communicate with clients and provide updates on legal matters
Skills
• Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California
• Minimum 5 years experience in Probate and Estate Planning law
• Familiar with all aspects of Probate and Estate Planning
• Post-death trust & probate administration experience
• Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work independently
