Key Responsibilities
- Process medical ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize Verisma software applications to manage the release of information process, staying up-to-date with the latest software features and best practices.
- Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Organize and maintain records and documents to facilitate the ROI process, ensuring that all information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies.
- Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations to verify the accuracy of release requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient release of information process, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay informed about relevant reference materials and company updates to maintain compliance and confidentiality in the release of PHI.
