Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves leading full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers, and executing strategic sourcing to identify top talent.
Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across key business areas including Core Engineering, Go-to-Market, Sales and Marketing, Azure, Data Security, and MAI.
• Focus on strategic recruiting and sourcing, identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent across different areas of the business.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting strategies and ensure a high-quality candidate and manager experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and business priorities.
• Execute different aspects of the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and pre-onboarding.
• Perform targeted searches using platforms like LinkedIn and other open-source communities.
• Engage and pipeline candidates, keeping them warm for future opportunities.
• Communicate employment opportunities, benefits, and organizational culture to potential applicants.
• Deliver market insights and analytics to stakeholders, helping shape hiring strategies.
• Maintain compliance with legal policies and hiring procedures.
Skills
• 3 years of experience in talent acquisition as a Recruiter.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles.
• Ability to develop and execute hiring strategies under tight deadlines.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong market analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment principles, selection, and training.
• Adaptability to process changes and evolving business needs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• LinkedIn Certification is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for a large technology company is an advantage.
