We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Proposal Quality Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing proposal content, ensuring compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to internal bid and style guides. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit proposal content for compliance, consistency, strategy, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content and drive process improvements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aetna Medicaid products and services
- Support the content management lifecycle and identify areas for improvement
- Measure, monitor, and improve proposal delivery processes using industry best practices
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in a quality analyst or similar role
- Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for the Medicaid industry and content development
- APMP Bid/Proposal Foundation Certification (recommended)
- Six Sigma certification (recommended)
- Experience with AP style guides and internal style guides
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work across departments and levels
