[Remote] Project Manager/Scrum Master Healthcare (claims)

The role involves managing large platform modernization projects while serving dual responsibilities as a Scrum Master and Project Manager. Responsibilities • Serving as both Scrum Master and Project Manager • Budget management responsibilities include resource hours/costs, SOW, infrastructure, and cloud expenses • Experience managing Agile and Hybrid projects (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.) • Proficient in developing detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations (skilled in PowerPoint) • Experienced in providing status updates, including risk and issue updates, to senior leadership • Capable of facilitating both technical and business discussions Skills • Must be US citizen or Green Card • Must be working in the healthcare industry now • Experience managing large platform modernization or transformational projects/programs • Dual responsibilities are mandatory: Serving as both Scrum Master and Project Manager • Budget management responsibilities include resource hours/costs, SOW, infrastructure, and cloud expenses • Experience managing Agile and Hybrid projects (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, etc.) • Proficient in developing detailed project plans, roadmaps, and executive presentations (skilled in PowerPoint) • Experienced in providing status updates, including risk and issue updates, to senior leadership • Capable of facilitating both technical and business discussions • Preferred experience in healthcare/insurance • Preferred tools include: Jira, IBM RTC( Rational Team Concert), IBM RRC (Rational Requirement Composer), Clarity (for budget management), SharePoint, QuickBase and other Microsoft office tools Company Overview • Curate Partners is a specialized recruitment agency that bridges the talent gap in digital transformation.
