Job Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payrolls accurately and in a timely manner using ADP Workforce Now
- Review and validate timecards, overtime, and deductions
- Generate and issue accurate invoices for services/products rendered
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and prepare billing reports
- Collaborate closely with HR, plants, and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in payroll management, particularly with ADP Workforce Now
- Deep understanding of payroll regulations and billing procedures
- Proven ability to ensure compliance with corporate internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll and billing
- Strong communication skills for customer service and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial reporting and audits
- Previous roles in payroll or billing within a corporate environment
- Familiarity with compliance regulations in payroll and billing processes
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
