Position Overview
This full‑time, remote‑eligible role is based in Golden, CO, and offers a dynamic blend of customer interaction, clinical coordination, and operational support. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers, handling a high volume of inbound calls with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- High‑Volume Call Management: Answer 60–80 inbound calls per day, quickly identifying the nature of each request and routing it appropriately.
- Active Listening & Documentation: Ask targeted questions, listen attentively, and capture essential information in arenaflex’s electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Clinical Liaison: Communicate directly with nurses, physicians, and pharmacists to ensure timely fulfillment of patient needs.
- Medication & Referral Processing: Facilitate medication refill requests, organize referral paperwork, and resolve chart discrepancies.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, modify, and confirm patient appointments while maintaining accurate demographic data.
- Problem‑Solving: Address ad‑hoc tasks such as insurance verification, benefits clarification, and general service inquiries.

Essential Qualifications
