About the Role: CVS Data Entry Jobs with Workwarp
As an Information Researcher on our Analysis and Conduct Change team, you'll play a critical role in developing industry-leading research, data, and technology platforms to help reimagine healthcare. You'll work closely with our cross-functional team to deliver robust solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute models, tools, and algorithms to enhance processes related to HCB's case environment, driving efficiency and automation.
- Identify and quantify opportunities for analysis to improve efficiency and increase automation in claim adjudication and claim modification.
- Create, validate, and execute algorithms and predictive models to investigate issues, identify patterns, and recommend solutions.
- Analyze, examine, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats to inform business decisions.
- Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems, using advanced statistical techniques and numerical analysis.
- Design and develop data pipelines to integrate, aggregate, and normalize data that generates insights and addresses reporting needs.
- Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate analytical results and support business decisions effectively.
- Create and evaluate the data needs of assigned programs and ensure the integrity of the data.
- Analyze existing data and recommend additional sources of data for enhancements.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant analytical experience in a related field.
- Experience programming using R or Python, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience working with SQL, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare data and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong programming skills, with the ability to develop and deploy models and algorithms.
