The role involves assisting in configuring Oracle Fusion Core HR components and supporting various HR processes including employee lifecycle management and data migration activities.
Responsibilities
- Assisted in configuring Oracle Fusion Core HR components such as legal employers, business units, jobs, grades, and positions under senior consultant guidance
- Supported Core HR processes including employee lifecycle management (hire, transfer, promotion, termination) and worker data maintenance
- Gathered and analyzed basic HR business requirements and helped map them to Oracle Core HR functional setups
- Participated in data migration activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and validated employee and organizational data
- Supported functional testing (SIT/UAT), documented test cases, and helped resolve Core HR–related issues and defects
- Prepared functional documentation, process flows, and user guides to support implementation and post-go-live operations
