We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat/Tele Chat Support representative. This role can be performed remotely or in our office, providing support to customers via live chat and telephone.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat and telephone
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
