GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking a Marketing Manager (Operations) to enhance the efficiency and performance of their marketing programs. This role involves overseeing the marketing technology stack, managing campaign workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the administrator of our Marketo instance, managing its configuration, health, and integration with other systems, particularly Salesforce
• Construct, optimize, and maintain the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools)
• Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to improve lead generation, tracking, and conversion
• Ensure seamless data integration and accurate attribution across all marketing platforms
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes for campaign execution, from planning to launch
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule
• Maintain project calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure cross-functional teams remain on track
• Monitor the full lead lifecycle, from source to closed-won business, to ensure accurate reporting and lead nurturing
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform future marketing strategy and improve campaign performance
• Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing operations
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Lead special projects and initiatives to support the marketing department's strategic goals
Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations role, preferably in a B2B or live events industry
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Meet deadlines while producing quality work
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Embrace and promote a collaborative and positive team culture
• Solutions-oriented thinker with the ability to manage projects and expectations of internal/external clients and team members
