Job Overview
As our ideal candidate, you'll be a customer-centric professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a keen interest in the insurance industry. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and needs-based review processes.
- Market and promote our insurance products and services to clients, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant policies.
- Complete Binding Authority tasks (approximately 40 hours) and other administrative duties as required.
- Utilize computer and telephone systems to manage client interactions, update records, and perform other tasks.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on achieving daily and weekly goals.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Texas General Lines P&C license or be willing to obtain one (we'll provide support and resources to help you get licensed).
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- A people-oriented and self-motivated approach to work, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using computer and telephone systems, with the ability to learn new software and technologies.
- Reliable transportation (although you'll be working remotely, some occasional travel may be required).
