About the Role
We’re looking for experienced, phone‑savvy inside sales reps to work from home calling warm leads (no cold calling) and selling a clearly defined Research Report for inventors. This is a 1099, part‑time role with a guaranteed monthly minimum plus commission, based on performance.
What You’ll Do
• Work from home roughly 5 hours per day on a consistent schedule
• Make 80+ outbound calls per day to warm and past leads
• Maintain high daily talk time with inventors
• Follow a proven script to sell our Research Report (no patenting/marketing)
• Use our CRM and VOIP system to track calls and outcomes
Compensation (High Level)
• 1099 independent contractor (not W2)
• Guaranteed monthly minimum plus commission on sales
• Hitting activity and performance expectations earns a reliable base; strong performers can earn meaningful upside
• Paid twice per month via direct deposit

Requirements
• 2+ years recent outbound calling or inside sales experience
• Confident and natural on the phone
• Comfortable in a phone‑heavy, metrics‑driven role
• Able to commit to a consistent daily calling schedule (approx. 5 hours/day)
• Must be able to consistently hit 80+ calls/day and strong talk‑time targets
• Experience with CRM software preferred
• Quiet home office, high‑speed internet, your own computer (we can provide a headset if needed)
• Able to work as a 1099 contractor
