About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service before and during the sale.
• Explain cellular phones and technology to customers while actively listening to their needs.
• Recommend technology and service plans that meet customer requirements.
• Multitask by performing data entry, logging sales, researching solutions, and answering customer questions while on the phone.
• Collaborate with team members and appreciate each other's strengths and talents.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of over-the-phone sales experience.
• Basic computer skills including general typing, data entry, and basic computer operation.
• Ability to communicate professionally and politely in both Spanish and English is preferred.
Nice-to-haves
• Previous experience working with an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
• Ability to successfully pass a fluency test for the Bilingual opportunity.
