Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. American Academy of Facial Esthetics is a fast-growing education company generating massive inbound interest through various channels. They are seeking a High-Velocity Inbound Closer who will focus on managing warm inbound leads and guiding students through the closing process.
Responsibilities
- Zero Cold Prospecting: 100% of your day is spent working warm inbound leads (webforms, chats, course attendees) and nurturing our existing database of 50,000+ contacts
- Speed to Lead: You understand that "time kills all deals." You are the type of person who calls a lead 2 minutes after they submit a form
- Process Adherence: You will work within a highly optimized HubSpot environment. You will follow sequences, update lead scores, and never let a task go overdue
- Full Cycle Closing: You will guide students from initial interest to credit card down. You are an assumptive closer who helps students make the decision to invest in themselves
- Our customers don't stop shopping at 5:00 PM. We are hiring for split shifts to ensure coverage during evenings and weekends
Skills
- Experience in high-volume inbound sales closing
- Ability to manage a pipeline in HubSpot
- Understanding of the importance of speed to lead
- Experience in full cycle closing
- Willingness to work split shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow processes and adhere to sequences in a sales environment
- Comfortable asking for credit card information
- Proficiency in using HubSpot without needing training
- Relentless follow-up skills
- Empathetic but direct approach to sales
