- Connect with potential candidates through 80 to 100 daily phone and internet communications, utilizing a structured script for effective engagement.
- Enhance your personal brand across various social media platforms to attract candidates and promote our organization.
- Prepare candidates for interviews with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and confident.
- Maintain meticulous records of recruitment activities within our applicant tracking system, including applicant flow, interviews, hires, and separations.
- Negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates to facilitate successful placements.
- Expand our network by attending job and career fairs and maintaining communication with healthcare organizations and professional associations.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience in professional recruitment, sales, sourcing, or social media.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively within a diverse community.
