Responsibilities
- Visit provider offices to assist with medical record transfers
- Collaborate with clinical consultants to identify practice workflows and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with practices to generate reports from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Organize and reconcile patient lists to ensure accurate scheduling
- Maintain scheduling templates and track patient rescheduling needs
Skills
- Administrative experience in a provider office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience in healthcare-related administrative roles
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
