Position Overview
We are urgently seeking a highly motivated, Board‑Certified Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Staff Development Coordinator for the Good Samaritan Society campus in Prescott Valley, AZ. This role is 100 % remote, day‑shift (8‑hour) with a full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Minimum of one (1) year of direct clinical experience in a long‑term care or skilled‑nursing setting.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering adult‑focused education programs (formal teaching, workshops, webinars, or in‑service education).
- Strong knowledge of federal (CMS), state, and accrediting body (e.g., CARF, Joint Commission) requirements for long‑term care facilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with learning management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, practical learning materials.
