Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, and fixtures, following established schedules and guidelines
- Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, and fixtures, and document maintenance activities
- Perform minor repairs, utilizing multiple craft skills, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Manage work orders and routine maintenance schedules, completing and providing required written and electronic information
- Demonstrate expertise and apply best practices to develop, execute, and improve action plans
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions, building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Model compliance with company policies and procedures, and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
